Shipping Policy
THE BASICS
Each custom hat is carefully wrapped and packaged to protect its shape and detailing during transit. Because of this extra care, shipments may arrive in a larger box than expected. This packaging ensures your hat arrives in the best possible condition, ready to wear right out of the box.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been packaged and is ready to leave our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
We generally ship orders using ground shipping, as it provides a reliable balance of cost and delivery time. However, when available, we may select more cost-effective shipping options that still meet our standards for safe and timely delivery.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons. While we are not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession, we’re always happy to assist if you have questions about your shipment or tracking details.
